South Little League was established in 1965 with 104 youth and their families and was originally located at the current Philo-Hill Magnet School fields in Winston-Salem, NC. Shortly after, due to growth and a generous offer from the Krites family, South Little League was relocated to Clemmonsville Road in 1971 where it is still located to this day.
