VOLUNTEER form

This league is run completely by volunteers. We are always in need of help. If you or someone you know would be willing to donate your time or services to benefit the youth of our community, please complete the volunteer application below. You can bring the completed form to the Board Room onsite or email to info@southlittleleague.com. 

If you are interested in registering your child to play at South Little League, please complete the registration form below. You can bring the completed form to the Board Room onsite, email the form to info@southlittleleague.com, or register directly online (without the form) by clicking the Registration button to the left of this page. 

All Little League players are required to submit a medical release form. You may bring the completed form to the Board Room onsite (extra copies will be available to fill out onsite) or email the form to info@southlittleleague.com.
